Took a short break from game development to work on something different — a simple SaaS product!

I’m excited to share that Rough Track is now live! 🎉

Over the past two months, I’ve been prototyping a lightweight web app for creating Now–Next–Later roadmaps — a straightforward way to keep my team and stakeholders aligned.

The first version was a self-hosted Docker image, which you can still find on Docker Hub. Later, I decided to take it a step further and launch a SaaS version at https://roughtrack.app.

Note that Rough Track isn’t meant to replace tools like Jira or Linear — it’s simply a fun side project that helped me explore the SaaS tech stack from end to end.
